Media and Publications

The Mental Health Commission works with a range of media using a variety of methods to promote our work and raise awareness of mental health and addiction issues.

The Mental Health Commission does not copyright its publications. We are happy for you to download any publication and make it available. Publications in which we have used someone's personal story are the only exception to that. In these cases we ask that you download the whole publication, not just individual's stories. Please ask the author's permission (via the Commission) if you would like to reprint or quote from an individual story.
