Getting help
Call 111 if this is an emergency and you or someone else is at risk of injury.
If you need help, you can talk to your general practitioner (GP) or family, friends or relatives.
If you have used mental health and/or addiction services in the past or are currently using them, you could contact your local mental health and addiction services or your case manager.
Roll your mouse over the map to see contact details for mental health services in your area and the number for the emergency mental health team. Look in the white pages of the phone book for a list of personal help services if your area is not covered.
