Recovery Competencies for New Zealand Mental Health Workers

This paper is an elaboration of the recovery principals set out in the Mental Health Commission Blueprint for Mental Health Services in New Zealand. It attempts to describe the competencies mental health workers need to acquire when using a recovery approach in their work.
