Sector Visits
Visits to DHBs, are a key part of the Commission's monitoring activities. Last year the Commission reviewed the way in which these visits were undertaken and changes have been introduced. Read a summary of the review here.
The visits will also be an opportunity to share innovation across services and consult on work in progress, such as the new Blueprint.
The Commission will complete 10 sector visits in 2011/12 to gather in-depth information regarding specific issues.
The Commission will provide direct feedback to the DHB CEO at the end of each visit to help guide service improvement.
